Rate Details
- Rates quoted are for 1-2 guests. Maximum occupancy
of 2 guests.
- $250 reservation deposit due within 7 days of
booking the reservation. The deposit is applied toward rent.
- All rental charges are due 45 days prior to
arrival.
- No refunds for no shows or early departures.
- All rates quoted and payable in US Dollars
- Add 13.42% Hawaii state tax
- Add $100 one time cleaning fee
- Rather than a security deposit, we trust you will
leave our condo and its contents undamaged. If not we will charge you for
damages.
- We take Visa, MasterCharge, and personal checks
issued through a US Bank
Cancellation Policy
- No refund for cancellations within 45 days of
arrival, unless we secure a comparable reservation to replace yours. If so, we
will prorate your refund. Please consider purchasing trip insurance to cover
your trip if you have an emergency and need to cancel or leave early.
